Troubleshooting

We are trained and competent in circuit board troubleshooting, we have a combined 15 years of experience repairing circuit boards. We have experience troubleshooting robotics, electronics systems, 3d printers, motor control circuits, machine programing (automated optical inspection, wave soldering, pick and place, testing equipment)

3D Printing

We have built our own 3D printers, through this we have become experts at calibrating, troubleshooting and creating 3D printing files. There are several 3D printed attachments on our robot that we designed.

Welding

We have both learned the basics and become confident MIG welders, Our robot was welded using a TIG welder

Inventor/CAD drawings

Proficient in the use of inventor to make CAD drawings. Able to read and produce parts from CAD prints.

Microcontrollers/Coding

We have leaned coding microcontrollers through the use of Arduino software, we used the skills learned in this class to write the program that runs Bolts and it's various attatchments.
